Working with Rachel was truly one of the best decisions I made during the home buying process. Rachel was great to work with. She knew how to price my house to sell it quick. She pushed and held her ground when necessary and gave her advice during the process but ultimately let me make the decisions. She made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process. My husband and I found Rachel through her posts on social media and reached out that way. She replied within the hour, and we got on a call with her! Through our whole process she has taken care of anything and everything we could possibly need. She replies so fast to any question we could have! We ended up finding a house and closing all within less than 2 months and I don't think that could have been possible without Rachel being our realtor. Not to mention she goes out of her way to give her clients a thoughtful gift upon closing with goes to show how much care she has for all of her clients (: She very familiar with the areas around Tampa and can give great insight on location, and not to mention her knowledge on everything to do with buying and selling is incredible.
