My husband and I found Rachel through her posts on social media and reached out that way. She replied within the hour, and we got on a call with her! Through our whole process she has taken care of anything and everything we could possibly need. She replies so fast to any question we could have! We ended up finding a house and closing all within less than 2 months and I don't think that could have been possible without Rachel being our realtor. Not to mention she goes out of her way to give her clients a thoughtful gift upon closing with goes to show how much care she has for all of her clients (: She very familiar with the areas around Tampa and can give great insight on location, and not to mention her knowledge on everything to do with buying and selling is incredible. I would gladly recommend Rachel to anyone who is interested in buying or selling<3

Rachel was incredible to work with. She negotiated with the Seller on our behalf, holding our best interest at heart the entire time and was super communicative during the entire process. 10/10 would recommend working with Rachel to everyone I know!

Rachel was beyond amazing throughout the whole process of selling a rental home i owned. I originally had it forsale by owner and met her when she brought a client through. I was beyond impressed with her communication skills, work ethic and marketing skills that I was happy to have her be the listing agent on the home. The home sold quickly with her as the listing agent and every problem we encountered along the way she handled quickly, calmly and professionally. I've dealt with alot of agents in my day and she is by far in the top 1% of amazing agents that earn their commission and dont just expect it! I'm happy to call her a friend now and couldnt be more proud of her. She is definitely going to go far in this business!

Great service and attention to detail. They helped me by providing different options that suited my needs, and upon my decision, they assisted me in negotiating the deal, given that I had multiple options. I live out of state, so I conducted my closing remotely. Quickly, she took care of everything for me with her great team. The closing was smooth and no hiccups guided me through the whole process, which was a first for me in Florida. Highly recommended.
