Rachel was beyond amazing throughout the whole process of selling a rental home i owned. I originally had it forsale by owner and met her when she brought a client through. I was beyond impressed with her communication skills, work ethic and marketing skills that I was happy to have her be the listing agent on the home. The home sold quickly with her as the listing agent and every problem we encountered along the way she handled quickly, calmly and professionally. I've dealt with alot of agents in my day and she is by far in the top 1% of amazing agents that earn their commission and dont just expect it! I'm happy to call her a friend now and couldnt be more proud of her. She is definitely going to go far in this business!

Great service and attention to detail. They helped me by providing different options that suited my needs, and upon my decision, they assisted me in negotiating the deal, given that I had multiple options. I live out of state, so I conducted my closing remotely. Quickly, she took care of everything for me with her great team. The closing was smooth and no hiccups guided me through the whole process, which was a first for me in Florida. Highly recommended.

Rachel is an extremely talented realtor! Although she is newer in the industry don’t let that stop you from using her as your agent. She is very knowledgeable as she grew up in the tampa Bay Area. She is a fast responder and out for your best interest. She is willing to put in the work no matter what it takes! Don’t hesitate call her immediately if you’re interested in buying! :)
