Brooke & Aaron did an outstanding job helping me and my brother sell our inherited house in St. Petersburg! Brooke and her team helped us navigate the listing process as we completed probate with no problems. She got our home prepped and photographed for a professional listing in no time. She answered every question we had and was very responsive during every step (inspection, appraisal, closing, etc). They even volunteered to oversee some repairs at the house by meeting the trades people in our absence - that saved us time and helped satisfy specific terms of the contract! I would certainly recommend Brooke & Aaron Hefte if you need professional realtors!

Brooke and Sarah helped me buy a home and sell it 5 years later when we were moving out of state. They were always SO responsive and willing to meet outside business hours. They really took time to listen to what our family needed and found the perfect home for us... even better than all of the hours I spent searching by myself online. I've recommended them to friends already.

This is my fourth deal with Brooke. The great thing about working with her is that she and her husband work as a team- so it's like having two experts on your side. This last deal was the one where Brooke really shined. There were quite a few problems detected with the property I was selling and Brooke handled ALL the getting of estimates and scheduling. Not only are she and Aaron great realtors- but good people. Highly recommend.
