Sarah and Brooke were phenomenal to work with. They were flexible with their working hours and unbelievably patient with us as we debated the features of a house we wanted, changed our budget, and expanded and narrowed our search location. They understood the St. Pete, Largo, and Seminole housing markets. They gave us honest feedback, even if we didn't want to hear it. They were honest about pricing and negotiating. They let us take the lead when we needed to and offered excellent recommendations when we needed. We found our dream home and they made it our reality.
