Brooke and Sarah worked together to help us look for a home while simultaneously listing our current home for sale. This was a stressful situation, as the purchase of the new home relied on the sale of the old. They were able to pull of the seemingly impossible task of getting our old house sold and us into the home of our dreams before someone else snagged it from the market. This required long hours, much communication, and negotiating with several other real estate agents. Without their expertise, there is no doubt in my mind that we would still be in our old home. This is the second home I have purchased with this team, and recommend them to people often.

Brooke & her business partner Sarah were amazing through our home buying process, and it was NOT an easy deal. Since the seller didn't have an agent, there was A LOT more work that Brooke & Sarah had to do to make up for the lack of a professional on the sellers side. This team went to bat for us when the seller wasn't holding to their side of the deal. When it looked like we weren't going to get to closing due to VA requirements that the seller wouldn't comply with, this team stepped in and stepped up working with multiple inspectors and SoHo to get the fixes done and get us there. I am way over simplifying how hard this deal was and just how long and tirelessly this team had to work and engage to get us this house! We finally closed, 2 months later, and we are so glad we are now in our intended forever home! Thank you Brooke & Sarah...it was a long/tough road but you never quit or threw up your hands and always had a solution and a way forward!

Brooke & Aaron did an outstanding job helping me and my brother sell our inherited house in St. Petersburg! Brooke and her team helped us navigate the listing process as we completed probate with no problems. She got our home prepped and photographed for a professional listing in no time. She answered every question we had and was very responsive during every step (inspection, appraisal, closing, etc). They even volunteered to oversee some repairs at the house by meeting the trades people in our absence - that saved us time and helped satisfy specific terms of the contract! I would certainly recommend Brooke & Aaron Hefte if you need professional realtors!

Brooke and Sarah helped me buy a home and sell it 5 years later when we were moving out of state. They were always SO responsive and willing to meet outside business hours. They really took time to listen to what our family needed and found the perfect home for us... even better than all of the hours I spent searching by myself online. I've recommended them to friends already.

I was purchasing from out of state and Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable with showing me properties thru FaceTime. She is a very honest person and I highly recommend using her as your realtor. She found us our new home in Saint Petersburg.
