Sold our house above asking before listing it! Saved us a lot of time and stress. Our family has purchased or sold almost 10 properties with Sonya and/or Karen Cunningham. Every process and transaction was efficient, professional and enjoyable. Buying and selling homes can be emotional and stressful. But the Cunninghams have always been patient and thorough. Love working with these ladies and we will continue to!

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Sonya as we bought our first home. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the Austin-area market, and helped guide us to the perfect house for our family. We had many questions throughout the process (being our first time!) and she was always easy to reach and both thorough and patient in her explanations. The stress of the closing process, made worse by Covid-19, was mitigated by her diligence in making sure every piece was in place and every deadline met. I would recommend her to anyone, and will certainly be reaching out to her again should we find ourselves searching for another home in the future.

In one word… Sonya is AMAZING. In more words, she was incredibly responsive, EXTREMELY patient, deeply knowledgeable, and in my opinion the best agent in the greater Austin area. My wife and I were first time homebuyers. We were very concerned with buying the right house, specifically from a financial perspective (ya know, things like… the house being a good investment, it not being a ‘lemon’, it being re-sellable in the future, etc.). Sonya showed us a handful of houses, and patiently walked us through the investment-angle, the pros/cons, and the livability of each home. And slowly but surely, she helped us to realize not only what we did and did not want… but also what houses were good investments and which weren’t. After about 10 days of working with Sonya, my wife and I found the house that we knew we wanted as our forever home. So that same day, Sonya helped us craft and send our offer. Now… to be honest, we were extremely nervous placing that offer, because we knew the home already had multiple offers… and we REALLY wanted to live there. And that’s when Sonya became a magician. Seriously, I think she waved a magic wand to get us this home. To put this in more serious terms, I have no doubt in my mind that the ONLY reason we were able to get this home over the other bidders was because of Sonya. If we ever sell our home, we will use Sonya for it. If we buy another home/apartment/land/etc., we will use Sonya. If my friends/family need to buy a home, I would recommend Sonya. I cannot recommend her enough.

Sonya did an awesome job selling my house in Austin. She took care of everything from begin to end. On top of being extremely knowledgeable, she was always courteous, punctual, professional, and reliable. She was on target or ahead of schedule every step of the way. Would highly recommend!
