I'm so thankful to have crossed paths with Desmond. I was initially assigned to Desmond through Zillow when I first started my home-buying journey. I did not know at that time how pivotal he was going to be to finding and closing on the perfect house. He is professional, extremely knowledgable, meticulous and thorough, punctual, and always attentive to questions or concerns. Desmond was amazing to work with! He always made time for us even when we ask to show homes last minute or late hours. Desmond is very thorough and knowledgeable. My wife and I have learned so much and are grateful to have met Desmond. Definitely I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

My experience has been great overall. I am a first time homebuyer. My realtor agent Laura “Kat” Pannier is an excellent realtor. I really like that she gives her 100% but I would say she really gives her 110% because I feel like she goes above and beyond. Which is something that you want from someone who is a first time buyer. She answers questions extremely quick and is always able to accommodate my schedule with hers which I greatly appreciate. She gives recommendations and was able to guide us along the way as a first time buyer. She stepped in when needed without hesitation. I recommend her to anyone who needs inside depth into buying or just in general when it comes to realty. I am happy to have been partnered up with her. Thank you, for everything you do, Kat!!

As a first time buyer Kat was a great realtor. She was very responsive when we had any questions at any time of the day. She is very flexible if you have a very tight schedule and is willing to look up and research any information you are unsure of. She is punctual and very organized when scheduling tours. Would recommend Kat if you are looking to buy a home.
