Jennifer saved me from overpaying for a single-family house I bought in 2023. The seller was aiming to start a bidding war & Jennifer’s clause saved me from paying a dime over my initial bid. She was so involved the whole way through and made buying a house as effortless as possible. I cannot recommend her enough. She is a pleasure to work with & so involved and thoughtful. She even had contacts for some small renovations that I completed after purchasing my home. I have a heavy travel schedule for work & she was so flexible with my schedule.
