I went with Cameron because I've known him for a good while. He is people oriented and is good at what he does. Cameron was very responsive to calls or emails that I sent him in a very timely manner. He scheduled closing that worked with my scheduled which made my experience that much better. The closing was very fast from the date of us accepting an offer. He made this very painless and did not disappoint!! If you chose him, you won't regret it.

Cameron was most thorough and very sensitive to the fact that we were purchasing from out of state. I would recommend him to anyone! He spent an entire day taking me to properties in a rather large radius. His attention to detail with following up on various issues was most helpful.

I felt like I instantly made a friend who would listen to what I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get the house we needed and wanted and most importantly could afford. He never gave up and he was there everytime I had a question or request. I hope anyone purchasing finds a realtor that will go that extra mile for them.

As a first-time home buyer, I found Cameron extremely helpful with the process. He was communicative and would respond to text messages late at night. He suggested a lender and title company, which were competent and easy to work with. He scheduled viewings at times most convenient for me, sometimes driving over an hour out of his way. For example, Cameron is based out of Crossville, but was willing to drive to Sparta, Livingston, Cookeville and Monterey to help me find a home. He took the time to research and compare similar houses around the same neighborhood to ensure the asking price reflected the current market and to ensure that we made a fair offer. Ultimately, Cameron made sure I got the house that I wanted.

We were first time home buyers and really didn't understand the process. Cameron helped us each step of the way and advocated for us with the sellers and realtors we dealt with. He made the entire process seamless and as stress-free as possible. If I were to go through the home buying/selling process again, I couldn't ask for a better agent than Cameron Wyatt.
