    I couldn't have been any more pleased with my dealings with Amber on selling my house. She went above and beyond the normal in her efforts to help me sell my house. Since I now live in North Carolina and the house I sold was in Tennessee, she took care of several details in selling the house that would have been quite an effort for me since I now live such a distance away. She is always cheerful and confident and is a genuine pleasure to work with. I would give her my very highest recommendation and will definitely use her for any other transactions I might make in her area in the future.

    Shelly and Amber are easy going but hardworkkng and know their area. They are extremely responsive and on top of everything but never overbearing. They showed our house a lot but always made sure the lookers were serious enquirers. I would/will definately use them again, no question.

    We have been using Shelley and Amber Marshal for at least 5 years with our rentals and sales. They are diligent, efficient, knowledgeable, personable, honest and have all have become almost like family. We would recommend them to everyone. They are head and shoulders above any realtors we have dealt with in the 20 years we have been buying and selling rental and personal properties.

    Shelley and Amber were an amazing team and made the entire home buying process run so smoothly and stress free!! Highly recommend them for listing and selling property ! We appreciate their honesty and unbeatable work ethic.

    We purchased the home 3 years ago and all went well. Shelly is definitely a buyers agent. However when I went to sell the house, due to my husband's death, it became a different story. She personally only showed the house a couple of times. The agents that did show the house allows prospective buyers brings their dogs into the house, locked my handyman out of the house and wanted access with an hours notice. Which I usually gave as I needed the house sold. Once we under contract it become a nightmare. The buyers kept changing their minds on what they wanted done. The buyers agent kept the house bringing in contractors without permission and changing what they we willing to pay. Through all of this Shelly did not stand up for me but just kept wanting me to give in. On the closing date the buyer kept wanting me to provide the information about who the utility companies were. That information was all in a binder left in the home. They then did not change the water into their name so I have been left with 2 months bills. She will no longer return my calls to try to get this sorted out. Would definitely not recommend her, even though first impressions were good. Lo
