Discouraged us on the unit from the beginning, made the process difficult and kept important information from us about the unit. Was not prompt on refunding us deposit we made to hold a place that we then were rejected for, after breaking our current lease. Also out $72 after “nonrefundable” fees.

I had a good experience with Sherri. She was very responsive and answered all the questions I had. The initial property that I contacted her for ended up not being what I was interested in and she recommended me a couple others using the criteria I had. She was resourceful and helpful!
