Shaun is the best out there. I can't say enough about how awesome my experience was with him selling my home. The guidance from the start was professional and honest. Clear and quick communication. Extremely knowledgeable and savvy about the market. Very experienced with a lot of connections and relationships that helped with repairs and preparation for the house. I had a very unique situation with a lien - he had the experience with my kind of situation and not only knew what to do, but also direct me to the right people to consult as I needed to. To say that I was worried going into this is an understatement - he made me feel 100% confident about things going the right way... and that it did! The sale was seamless. A lot happened really fast, but he guided me through and did the proper negotiations. All around an amazing experience - thanks Shaun!
