Shannon was an incredible resource, guide, and cheerleader for us as first time buyers. She did a great job understanding and expanding our preferences while keeping us comfortable. Shannon helped us navigate the difficult housing market with realistic expectations for our budget and to meet our tight timeline. She worked with our schedules for viewings and ensured we could get to all the homes we were interested in. While viewing properties, Shannon has a keen eye for the environment, features, and defects of each listing. We felt like we were in great hands and could be assured we would find the home for us.

Shannon was incredible to work with. We could not imagine working with anyone else. We knew going in that picking the right real estate agent would be critical to our success and our happiness with the process. We interviewed a couple of agents and researched them online. We decided to go with Shannon based on our immediate connection with her as well as a Yelp review that described in Shannon all of the qualities we were looking for in a real estate agent. We can say without reservation that Shannon was the perfect fit. She guided us through the process and her advice was always right on. She was honest and encouraging. Shannon made us feel that we were her priority, and that we would find the perfect home. She listened carefully to our desires and requirements. When discussing a house, she would identify ways in which it did or did not fit our requirements as well as provide insight based on her experience with working with us. Our search took over six months. We had specific requirements for our new home, but we were all over the map on location. We also had a strict budget in a time when the market was going crazy. We typically visited a couple homes a week (during the pandemic), so we got to spend a lot of time with Shannon. There were so many times in the process where we were really thankful to have Shannon. We firmly believe that we would not have gotten our house without her guidance and help. She then guided us through escrow and was a great resource as we got settled in. One year into owning our house, we love it more than we could have imagined and look back at the process with fond memories. We are so grateful to Shannon. We cannot recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with Shannon. She is amazing.

Shannon is one in a million. From the moment we connected through to buying our first house, her patience, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge were evident. Throughout the entire process, Shannon expertly guided us through each stage with incredible empathy. We felt so supported by her and are forever grateful that she helped facilitate this milestone moment for our family. Now that we're settled, she's lent her network of talented tradespeople to help us make this home our own. Shannon is incredible and we highly recommend her!

Shannon gave excellent advice, broke down the current market for me, and really helped guide me through the whole process. I was a first time home-buyer, and her knowledge and patience really took a lot of the stress out of that situation. Ended up getting a great house in SF, under my budget, that checked all my boxes on our first offer. Couldn't be happier.

My partner and I love Shannon! Can't say enough good things about her. We were really impressed with her knowledge and responsiveness. She is an expert in her field, a true professional, and an effective advocate and advisor. As first time homebuyers in a particularly hot market and a crazy time period, Shannon helped us understand current market conditions and what was realistic so that we could adjust our expectations and what we were looking for. She was thorough, thoughtful, and able to patiently answer our many questions along the way. Once we found a house that we liked, her guidance (particularly with the offer and pricing strategy) was invaluable. Her good communication and relationships with other agents, lenders, and others in the field were also invaluable throughout the process. She helped us feel comfortable and confident. We feel really lucky to have worked with Shannon, and she continues to be a resource for us when we have questions. We will definitely happily work with her again if we have the chance.
