There aren’t enough stars to give Shannon and her team. From the very beginning, we hit it off and I knew this would be my agent. Other agents try to convince you they’re on your side but Shannon was far and away my ultimate advocate. Even that sentence falls short of accurately describing just how much better at every aspect she is at this. I have called Shannon my real estate Sherpa from the beginning. She will speak truth, without coating it in soft talk. I would much rather be told how it is without a bunch of fluff. If something isn’t right, she’ll say as much. What I’m trying to say is Shannon speaks in terms appropriate for the magnitude of every aspect, whether it’s good or bad or in between. You never have to wonder if the house is in good shape. If the other agent is being forthright. If you ask a question, you’ll get the real answer, no BS. When I want to know the truth, I go to Shannon. This is not an exaggeration. She can tell you about how many times I pestered her with my anxiety filled questions and I can tell you how after talking to Shannon those anxieties were calmed. Every single damn time. You will be dealing with a real person every single time with Shannon. If there was a term for doing even more than going above and beyond, it would apply here. I cannot state how incredibly good my experience has been. This is your agent, people. Without a doubt!
