I know this sounds cliché, but working with Katy was a dream. As a chef, my schedule can be limited and unpredictable, she navigated and accommodated this like a champ. Communication with her was constant, thorough, honest and accessible. She listened to my wants and needs and happily toured multiple properties, even when it was "just to compare" a listing to the one we had put an offer in. Speaking of, she fought for us. We encountered an unusually long inspection process, due to sellers indecisiveness. She patiently stuck worked with both parties that resulted in a close. We couldn't be happier with how pleasant our first time home buyers experience panned out. Highly highly recommend her!
