Scott was great to work with, especially since we were out of town trying to sell my mother’s home and knew very little a the area. Scott kept an eye on things for us, suggested updates and professionals to use, and kept us updated every step of the way. He even changed some light bulbs and followed up on a few things after the inspection for us. We can’t say enough good things!

Scott did an amazing job helping me find my new condo! He’s very patient and thorough! His communication was quick and clear no matter the time or day! We had went through some setbacks which wasn’t our fault but he fought hard to make it happen for me! I’m truly grateful for him and all the work he does. High recommend!!

Scott was a tremendous help in selling my mother’s house. I couldn’t have imagined having a better agent listing the house. I lived an hour away, and Scott made it easy and reduced the stress of selling a vacant home. He had excellent advice on pricing strategy based on his local knowledge of the market and broad expertise in real estate. He was always aware of deadlines that I had to meet and helped me make them. When I had questions, his answers came fast and with all the detail I needed to make decisions. He knew when to reject a poor offer and wait for a better one. He was very engaged in every detail of the property, right down to changing burned out light bulbs if needed. He is a great partner for a seller.
