Sarah was awesome. Her expertise in long-distance home buying and different loan types was a great help. She'd video chat with us while doing a walk through and point out things that we may miss otherwise video chatting. Her knowledge of the metro area of Chicago and the different communities was also a great help. A random draw from a real-estate application became an invaluable partner in our home buying experience.

Ben is awesome. He has in-depth knowledge about property, markets and helps you get the house you are looking for. He never pushes you for anything. Cool and calm person. If I can give him a 10 star I would. We are so fortunate to have found Benjamin Hickman. He’s been there every step of the way. He helped us sell our first home and helped us buy our new home. He always answered every calls or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty and work ethic are much appreciated and respected. We now consider Ben a friend and would recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home.

We approached Ben in early 2021 to help us find a home in the Gurnee-Wadsworth area. In our very first conversation it was clear he knows what he’s doing, and we decided to move forward. The current market is crazy and competitive, and Ben was always extremely responsive to our questions and requests. He set up showings very quickly, so we could see a house pretty much as soon as we could get off work – and speed is of the essence in this game. We didn’t know anything about home ownership, so Ben’s deep knowledge about houses (how things work, what to look out for, and so on) was crucial. He knows a great deal about house values, and gave excellent advice about what a house is really worth – advice that time and again was borne out by the eventual sale prices of the various houses we saw. Ben is very professional, knowledgeable, and just a friendly guy who’s fun to talk to, so he made this whole experience a lot less stressful than it might have been. In the end we found a great house, and will readily recommend Ben to anyone needing an agent in the area.
