I have used quite a few realtors throughout the years so I have many to compare Lynsey to. She is very professional and very easy to relate to. I actually had fun looking at homes with her. Whether I text Lynsey or left a voice mail she always responded quickly. She saw things I didn't and pointed them out, when it came to good or bad, in the houses we viewed. I always logged onto my computer, in the morning, to see new property listings. She helped me to negotiate a fair price when it came time to put a bid in on my home. From start to finish everything went very smoothly. If I had to rate Lynsey from 1 to 10 I would definitely give her an 11!

Scott did a great job. We hadn't sold a home in decades and were unfamiliar with how the process works today. He was the consummate professional and came to our first visit prepared. He gave us a professional overview of our home's marketability, and his suggested price including an explanation why he gave us the number he did. We settled on something a little higher and he went to work. He always called/texted back immediately, always took action when we needed it, arranged for all of the puzzle pieces for us and managed the process from start to finish. My only regret is that I wish I had gotten this review written earlier, but moving is such a busy process. We highly recommend Scott.

Lynsey was very comfortable to work with. She made the process very easy. She to me went above and beyond by calling us and letting us know what was going on with the property. Lynsey was very knowledgable about the property. I would work with her in a heart beat again. I definitely tell others about her. She is a very kind person and thats what makes it easy to work with her.

Jeff Bauman is great real estate agent! He helped me purchase a second home! He knows the upper Illinois area, and he is well versed on all things associated with buying and selling homes. He has numerous connections with loan officers regarding mortgages, and attorneys who can help address any relevant issues related to a Home Inspection or Closing! It was a pleasure working with Jeff and his team, and I highly recommend his services!
