How fortunate we were to find Kelly to help us with not one, but SIX transactions! We bought a place for ourselves and then did a somewhat complicated 1031 exchange. Talk about staying on top of a myriad of properties, emails, legal documents, offers, closing documents, inspections, etc., and she did it seamlessly and flawlessly. When we were lost in emails and tasks to do, Kelly was there for us every step of the way keeping track of literally everything with everyone like it was no big deal. She's a fun, professional, skilled and highly trained realtor that I would recommend to anyone in any situation. Her smiling face, calm demeanor and priceless advice would be valued by anyone in need of an expert realtor that can handle simple to complex real estate needs. Mary Jo was incredible to work with, I would highly recommend her. She took our call on a gloomy Saturday, showed us around Loveland and into Windsor with no notice, no hesitation. She was extremely pleasant to work with, she took the time to work with us to find the right house, took us through Loveland and into Windsor, where we found our home. Mary Jo was extremely thorough, went above and beyond what we expected! Truly amazing to work with. She dropped everything for us, I cannot speak her praises enough!
