Ryan knows his stuff! His approach is energetic and informative. He kept us updated on changes and helped us understand complicated situations and processes. He negotiated to get us a better value than we thought possible when selling our home. He knows the trends, he knows the market, he knows people! Ryan was a great advocate in my home search. Ryan was always available.. in person, call, text, or email. When we saw a house that met my criteria, Ryan was there to meet me. At one house we needed to look at the furnace in the attic. Ryan walked across the street and asked a construction worker if we could borrow their ladder to access the attic. Ryan gave his honest opinion on the furnace. I ended up buying new construction, and I was glad to have Ryan by my side. He knew exactly what to ask for. Blinds, fans, speakers, security systems, covered porch, closing cost.. and we received it all. I really appreciated Ryan’s advice. And beyond that he is a great guy and a pleasure to work with.
