I highly recommend broker Peggy Lucero and her real estate partner Joseph. They are a stellar team and just really kind human beings. They went above and beyond in easing a difficult house finding and purchasing process. Their expertise, professionalism, and encouragement were evident every step of the way. They really listened and wanted to make sure I found a place I liked. And in this market it has been tough. We put in multiple offers and searched far and wide. Joseph logged many miles taking me to see properties that we put offers in - only to find an all cash buyer's offer had been selected. Joseph and his dad even remedied some issues the builder wouldn't take care of in order to make things acceptable on the house I finally purchased. I really appreciate these two people - thank you Peggy Lucero and Joseph!

My girlfriend and I just moved from out of state and were fortunate enough to be paired with Peggy and Joe. We could not have asked for a better team to help us find our dream home(farm). Very professional, all while also being very inviting and laid back. They are both extremely knowledgeable and could answer any questions we had, and helped make the sale so painless. We don't intend to ever leave, but if that time ever comes, Peggy and Joe will certainly be the realtors we use.
