Natalie seemed interested in my business at first, came in hard and fast. Asked me to call to discuss what I was looking for. When I called during the timeframe she suggested, I left a message in the morning and did not hear back until I told her it wasn’t a good fit (near end of business day). As an out of state buyer with a large budget, this is not acceptable. Then I get a text, not a call saying she was busy. Only responded after I was clearly disappointed with her lack of responsiveness . Obviously cannot multitask with more than one client. Look for literally anyone else in the area.

Mike McGinley went the distance for us! We bought from out of state, depending on Mike's knowledge of the climate, construction and buying process. We could not be more pleased with Mike McGinley being our real estate professional!

Best realtor in the NWA. Found my wife and I a great home and got us a great deal. Was able to get an answer from previous home owners very quickly! If you are looking for a realtor in Arkansas Eric Eby is the guy!!

Catherine was the absolute best realtor we could have had for our first time home buying process! We moved to Northwest Arkansas from Central AR and she was there to help every step of the way. Catherine made us feel like we were her only client and we felt like she always gave 110% effort. Even as we encountered issues with the lending company, Catherine went above and beyond what was required of her to make sure that we were able to buy a home that met our family's needs.
