Tina is absolutely fantastic. My Wife and I worked with Tina for several months to find the right house for us. She was exceptional when it came to being patient with us and also making sure we chose the right house for us. Tina did an amazing job in helping us sell our home. She provided excellent tips on how to stage. She was very helpful on giving realistic listing prices based on the current market in our area, but still making sure we got the most out of the sell. We had offers pretty much the same week it was listed. Can’t thank Tina enough for her time and dedication! - Matt & Keelie

I know that giving 5-stars in every category may seem "too good to be true" or simply hyperbolic but I will try to provide some context for these grades in my review below. I mean every star and would not post it if it was not reflective of my experience as a first time house buyer. For some background info, I was a first time home buyer and had virtually zero experience working with a real estate professional. I also had very little prior knowledge on the process of buying a house. I got in touch with Beckie via a personal recommendation from acquaintances that had recently moved to the same town that I was planning to move to. My move was from CA to AR, so contacting Beckie was a remote process initially. Starting with a phone conversation Beckie did a great job going over the process as a whole, patiently went over the process end-to-end, explaining what I should expect and answered any and all of my questions. Once we were rolling she got me connected with local lenders and local professionals for any area that I needed to cover, from house inspections and other experts. I quickly learned that having someone that is local to the area you are moving to can make a huge difference. At some point through speaking with these folks I got alot of reassurance that Id made a really good choice in working with Beckie as they all spoke highly of her. After a few weeks of remote communication to locate multiple properties that suited my needs (I had several unique requests that had to be in place), I flew out to meet with Beckie and to spend 1-week seeing all the property she had located first-hand. We saw some amazing beautiful houses and throughout the process I never felt pressured or pushed into making an offer. If something did not sit right with me then we went on to the next place. As I was there and could pin-point finer explanations of what I wanted/needed she was ready to go in finding additional property and make any amendments needed. Every time I had to reach out with questions or concerns, Beckie was super responsive and let me know if there was any reasons I could expect a delay in responses she would let me know. One of the highest comments of praise I can give is that when we were looking at houses/property it really felt more like having a friend with me that had my best interest at heart, rather than someone that has a job to do (of course there is a job to do, but you can tell that Beckie has a love for what she does). For negotiations, I gave her complete trust and ended up giving me a closing deal lower than what was listed. As I sat down to write this review I really tried to go over any potential areas of constructive criticism but I failed to turn up anything substantial. If anyone asked me for a good real estate pro I would highly recommend Beckie.

Beckie was wonderful to work with! As a first-time homebuyer, I had lots of questions and she made sure I understood each step of the process. She’s extremely knowledgeable and was also quick to reply to any emails/texts/calls. I found a home I love and am thankful I worked with Beckie as my realtor!
