This turned out to be a more complicated transaction than either of us anticipated. He diligently worked with the buyer, the title company, the lender and even the city of Gulfport to eliminate what could have been roadblocks to bring this to a successful close. Emails, texts and phone calls kept me abreast of what was happening. Both the buyer and title company were remote, but Rob communicated all of them via phone and email to keep everyone appraised of what was needed. He gave me various courses of action I could take along with his well thought out recommendation.

One of the best realtors I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many over my lifetime. Knowledgeable, honest and responsive are but a few of the words that properly describe my experience with this resltor. Additionally, I was able to secure a property at a very fair price, as a result of his excellent negotiating skills.
