We used Chris to buy a home down in Lakewood Ranch and he gave us a tremendous amount of options. We purchased a beautiful little single story we couldn’t be more happy with. I am so glad I chose Chris Herbst and the McGuire team when relocating to Tampa! I knew I wanted to retire here, and I looked at some listing online, but I needed help. This turned out to be a more complicated transaction than either of us anticipated. He diligently worked with the buyer, the title company, the lender and even the city of Gulfport to eliminate what could have been roadblocks to bring this to a successful close. Emails, texts and phone calls kept me abreast of what was happening. Both the buyer and title company were remote, but Rob communicated all of them via phone and email to keep everyone appraised of what was needed. He gave me various courses of action I could take along with his well thought out recommendation.
