Chris Herbst provided excellent guidance during the entire process of the purchase as did his entire office. Always returning my emails, text, and calls in an extremely prompt manor address all my inquiries as the purchaser. The entire office undertook their duties responsibly and professionally. Their use of modern way of closing a deal is second to none which saved so much time in the tedious process of signing documents. Every question and issue was clearly stated and address. Extremely professional.

We used Chris to buy a home down in Lakewood Ranch and he gave us a tremendous amount of options. We purchased a beautiful little single story we couldn’t be more happy with. I am so glad I chose Chris Herbst and the McGuire team when relocating to Tampa! I knew I wanted to retire here, and I looked at some listing online, but I needed help.
