If you are looking for a realtor, look no further because Natalie is hands down the best in the business and truly a dream to work with. She helped us with buying and selling and made both transactions such an easy, stress-free experience. From start to finish, Natalie was incredibly patient, professional, SUPER responsive, and knowledgeable about the market. I would text her at all hours on a weekend, not expecting a response back until Monday morning and she would get right back to me. There were multiple times I called her in a panic and she was there for me every time and showed genuine care and never skipped a beat with anything. That in itself to me is worth more than anything. Natalie is more than just a realtor, she’s a friend and makes you feel taken care of every step of the way. We are so thankful for her guidance, expertise and friendship throughout the process and can’t recommend her enough!

Natalie was incredible! We had struggled to sell our home previously, and switching to her was a game changer. She used her marketing skills to get the word out about our home, referred us to an amazing stager, held multiple open houses, and used social media to showcase our home. She was available with a text or phone call whenever we had a question and was super involved with the process from start to finish. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Natalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. From patiently answering our questions as first-time buyers, to guiding us through negotiations, to doing virtual tours for us (we were out of state), Natalie did everything with a friendly smile and vast expertise that made the process as painless as possible. She knows the Maryland market, is negotiation savvy, and understood what we were looking for (she actually suggested the neighborhood we ultimately ended up in!). We even ended up working with her again to buy a property for a relative. We'd recommend her to anyone!

Natalie and her team did an awesome job as our realtor! She helped us negotiate the max amount of seller credits to help cover our closing costs, she got us a quick estimate from a local contractor when issues came up on our home inspection, and she provided a thoughtful closing gift.
