Natalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. From patiently answering our questions as first-time buyers, to guiding us through negotiations, to doing virtual tours for us (we were out of state), Natalie did everything with a friendly smile and vast expertise that made the process as painless as possible. She knows the Maryland market, is negotiation savvy, and understood what we were looking for (she actually suggested the neighborhood we ultimately ended up in!). We even ended up working with her again to buy a property for a relative. We'd recommend her to anyone!

Natalie and her team did an awesome job as our realtor! Outstanding! She is polite and respectful to everyone, always prepared, and answers the smallest questions promptly and cheerfully. She went more than the extra mile for us by scheduling a painter, a carpet installer, a cleaner, and a stager to prepare our home for sale after we had moved. Her real estate knowledge for buying and selling is completely reliable, and she works closely with her broker to ensure that everything is done exactly as it should be!

We moved to Maryland from out of state and Natalie was recommended to us through a work colleague. Not knowing much about Maryland it was important to work with someone patient and very knowledgeable. Natalie showed us properties from Baltimore to Annapolis and never made us feel rushed. She even walked neighborhoods with us in the pouring rain one night and never stopped smiling. We wholeheartedly recommend Natalie to anyone looking for someone to navigate the housing markets in Maryland!
