We bought our home with Ellie back in 2019 and sold it in 2024, she was amazing both times. She found us a house that became our home in a challenging market. When it came time to see her expertise enabled us to sell our home for 65% more than we bought it for!

I have now bought 3 houses and sold 2 with Ellie. Obviously I think she’s good at her job. She jumped right on getting us into the homes we wanted to see and had my house sold within a few days. Came in and staged it and offered fantastic suggestions.

We bought with Ellie about 6 years ago and when we were ready to move somewhere bigger in the height of the pandemic looked to her. I never thought a good realtor was important until we got in a bidding war with 7+ offers in our perfect neighborhood. Not only did we win the house, but due to Ellie’s expert knowledge of real estate we got our property for under market value which was unheard of in 2021. We feel very lucky to have her in our lives, as our real estate agent and fellow Catonsville neighbor!
