Josephine is the real deal. We are first time home buyers with lots of dumb questions and Josephine always answered everything thoroughly, patiently. I also particularly appreciate her style of advice - we never felt pushed and always felt in control of the process, but very supported. Most importantly, Josephine has EXCELLENT negotiation skills. We scored one of the best townhomes on the market in a very desirable area, for way less than we expected and as the very first people to see the property. At every moment, Josephine went to bat for us. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Jordyn was a phenomenal realtor to work with and is frankly what realtors should strive to be. Especially for a first time buyer like myself. We happened to get her by chance and we could have never have dreamed of getting a realtor as good as she is. Jordyn truly paid attention to what we liked and didn’t like about our showings and learned our preferences so she could point out details we cared about. She was excellent about scheduling showings and always had lots of energy and enthusiasm, even when we would do 5 showings in a day! She always went out of her way to explain the process to us and make it approachable. Frankly, Jordyn is incredibly personable and charming in general and it was always a joy for my whole family to talk and work with her through the process. She also has an amazing network of lenders, specialists, and other folks she works with that were frankly all world class talents like herself. I was able to get a great loan and even a great deal on the home insurance and warranty! She is very persistent and fights hard for her clients during the negotiation phase. She seriously got us such an great deal and really knew how to approach this process with tact and savvy. She really helped me and my family secure an amazing home we never thought we could get I already have recommended her to several of my friends. Whenever we need a realtor in the future, Jordyn will be the very first person we call, no question. I can’t sign her praises enough and anyone looking in her area should absolutely give her a call.
