After a 25+ year career in developing movie film at Technicolor, I joined my wife in her Real Estate business first behind the scenes and then as a licensed agent. Renee is a valley native with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from California State University at Northridge. She began her career as an Interior Designer, she then had an interest in pursuing a career in Real Estate obtained her license and soon after, she began staging for not only our clients but many other Realtors in our office. Once we contacted Rich letting him know that we wanted to sell our house, he took over and did an amazing job. It only took 3 months (90 days) from the day we first MET Rich at our house to the day our house closed escrow (and that INCLUDES him helping us find a new home in another city). He has the knowledge, expertise and energy to quickly handle real estate transactions. And our house sold for quite a bit more than asking price. Rich did an outstanding job helping me to sell my mother's house. Richard knew the market, my needs and wants and guided me throughout the process. It went very smoothly. I couldn't have had a better experience. I know many realtors and couldn't be happier that I choose Team Cure and Richard Cure. Richard advised me about what to list my at. His experience is the listing price proved to advantages to me. Rich and Renee are a top-notch team. They handled a difficult sale with ease. There were lots of obstacles that they had to overcome time and time again. Selling a property is never easy and this was most challenging. (The list of repairs after the inspection was 6 pages long!) I admire their tenacity. Other realtors would have thrown in the towel but Rich and Renee never let anything phase them - they powered through it like champs. Forever grateful for this stellar team of realtors!
