We were so lucky to have been referred to Reneta through a friend. She is a fantastic realtor and just an all around awesome person. We aren’t from the Austin area and needed finding the perfect second home there, which is a challenge when you don’t know the market and have limited time to search for properties. Reneta helped us find the perfect place in one of the most difficult markets we’ve seen in years and went above and beyond post-closing to help us tie up some loose ends with appliance deliveries and other details because we couldn’t be on site. We plan to maintain a residence in Austin for a long time and won’t hesitate to use Reneta for our next real estate transaction. She’s a gem!

Buying a home can be compared to riding a rollercoaster. There are sudden drops, sharp turns, and nauseating inversions I did not see coming. Having Reneta as a guide through this process was an incredible blessing. She cares deeply about her clients and is willing to go above and beyond to advocate on their behalf. As soon as I spoke to her on the phone, I felt like I was no longer alone in this process. I quickly learned that I could trust her to tell me the truth of the situation and know that she would provide solutions we could think through. Reneta is very familiar with the Austin area. We were first time buyers and she was very patient and explained to us the whole process. She never made us feel pressured to put an offer or over bid, she always told us to offer whatever we felt comfortable with. Also, since we weren't living in the area she was very accommodating and always went to the houses we were interested in to gave us her honest opinion and sent us very detailed videos. We are very happy with her and we would recommend her without a doubt. We would definitely seek her help again.
