I fell in love with my home the instant I saw it on Zillow. I attended the Open House on a Saturday afternoon with the hope of making an offer that day. I met Rene at the Open House, and had no idea he would make this entire process the easiest thing possible! Rene was very helpful from the minute I stepped into the home. He answered all my questions, and gave me advice on next steps needed to submit a strong offer. He took the time to guide me, even as he was helping other prospective buyers who walked in as well. He put me in touch with a lender within minutes and I felt confident that I would submit an offer the very next day. Just a few days later, Rene confirmed that my offer was accepted, with very little effort on my end. He took care of everything, and was very responsive throughout the process. Escrow was a breeze and we were able to close without any issues. If I had to do this again, I would choose Rene in a heartbeat. Renee helped my wife and I purchase our first home almost a year ago. Our experience was awesome. Super responsive and he was available every time we needed him. He is also super knowledgeable, I would consider him an expert for the Santa Clarita Valley.

Buying a new home and selling our old home simultaneously was one of the most stressful things my husband and I have been through in our many years together. I can only imagine how much more difficult the entire process would have been if we had not had Rene Enriquez as our realtor. Rene guided us, advised us, listened to us, and never let us down during the entire ordeal. He was our friend, our representative, our negotiator, and a closer. He was tough when he needed to be, always compassionate, and forever made us feel like he had our best interests at heart 100% of the time. I know there are a lot of good real estate agents our there, but what sets Rene apart from the others is his commitment to integrity. Rene is a genuine good soul.
