I listed my town-home in Reseda with Rashad. Prior to listing the property I sat down with Rashad to weigh my options. I recently worked with Rashad Winston. He helped my wife and I list/sell our town home and buy a new construction home. I was very impressed with his ability to give the home buyer great advice and support. He displayed a great deal of knowledge about the industry and made our transition go smoothly. I was looking for an agent however, with Rashad I received someone that was both that and very relatable. I would recommend him to anyone I know. We felt like we were in good hands and that made these transactions a great experience.

I had a great experience with Mr. Winston. I was in a tough situation because I purchased my Condo during the height of the market but needed to sell and purchasea single family home.
