Rachel was great to work with she was not pushy at all and allowed us to take our time in searching for our home. She was very insightful in providing her honest thoughts on all of the properties we viewed. She was very prompt and response to calls and texts. I would recommend her to anyone in the market to purchase or seller a home.

Rachel was very helpful on doing a virtual home tour while stationed out of state and was very thorough doing the virtual tour. Rachel also was very helpful throughout the closing process and stayed in contact thoughout process while I was moving for the military to the state.

Choose Rachel, you can’t go wrong!!! Rachel is truly the best. Unfortunately for her our situation was not the best, having to sell and buy at the same time and so many things that could go wrong for us did (not her fault but the other side’s fault) but through it all Rachel was there for us. On a tight timeline she got our house sold and she constantly worked for us to get into our new house even when other people were being difficult. The home buying process is long and sometimes too scary but we wouldn’t have wanted to do this with anyone else. She made everything better with her determination and continuous support (sorry for my constant anxiety Rachel). She really cares about people and what is important to them and you feel that in every interaction with her.

Rachel helped us sell our home in record time when we decided to move out of state. We received some last minute news about our home for sale that led to us switching to cash only offers. We ended up receiving five offers and well over asking price in the first 4 days. We initially reached out to Rachel due to the fact that she helped us purchase this same property.
