Choose Rachel, you can’t go wrong!!! Rachel is truly the best. Unfortunately for her our situation was not the best, having to sell and buy at the same time and so many things that could go wrong for us did (not her fault but the other side’s fault) but through it all Rachel was there for us. On a tight timeline she got our house sold and she constantly worked for us to get into our new house even when other people were being difficult. The home buying process is long and sometimes too scary but we wouldn’t have wanted to do this with anyone else. She made everything better with her determination and continuous support (sorry for my constant anxiety Rachel). She really cares about people and what is important to them and you feel that in every interaction with her.

Rachel helped us sell our home in record time when we decided to move out of state. We received some last minute news about our home for sale that led to us switching to cash only offers. We ended up receiving five offers and well over asking price in the first 4 days. We initially reached out to Rachel due to the fact that she helped us purchase this same property. From start to finish, Rachel relieved us of all anxieties related to selling our home. She was spot on with the asking price, and in fact the house sold for more than the listing price. The contractors she hired for inspection, staging and photography were excellent - capturing all of the wonderful features of our home and maximizing its appearance. Mostly, Rachel was quickly responsive to all of our questions and always highly professional. We would gladly and eagerly work with her again for our home buying or selling needs.

Rachel was awesome! She made everything so much easier than I thought it would be as this was my first home purchase. We got a house with our very first offer we made! Very easy and stress free and we’re so happy at our first house :)
