I am beyond pleased with having Rachael Endsley as my realtor in & thru the recent listing & selling of my house in one of the Ahwatukee retirement communities! I met with Rachael early in this process when I knew I would be selling my house in order to move to Friendship Village in Tempe when my new home was ready! Rachael walked alongside me the entire way, in preparing me for when it was time to list the house! She was always available to answer questions, & coached/advised me with staging the house inside & outside to present it in the best possible way to prospective buyers! And without a doubt, Rachael went above & beyond as she diligently worked all the details necessary when an offer came in from a buyer right after the listing posted & Rachael quickly scheduled the first Open House! Rachael sold me a property in 2022 and it was an excellent experience. She was prompt, professional, honest and a great communicator overall. Her expertise was useful along the way and especially when a few title issues popped up that needed to be addressed. I would recommend Rachael to family and friends when needing to buy or sell a home in the Phoenix Area. I'm certainly thankful I was able to work with her. Thanks again Rachael!

The selling of my house was as effortless and quickly as could be but would not be possible without Rachael! She’s knowledgeable and really had my interest at heart. She was patient and understanding. Also so flexible when wanting to view houses. She understood what we were looking for and help us find out dream home. It felt like We were look big for house with a friend not a realtor.
