We have completed numberous real estate deals both as buyers and sellers with The Klaus Team and Rick Collins in particular. They are always professional, honest, and easy to work with. They offer classes to help you understand how to get into real estate investing. Rick was very helpful in guiding us through starting a self-directed IRA and buying a rental home with that account. I can not recommend Rick and The Klaus Team enough!

Rich Milburn is an exceptional realtor and possesses the ability to really help clients find their new home. We met Rich a couple of years ago at an open house and he had faithfully kept in touch with us all these months. When we were ready to purchase a second home in Arizona, Rich gave us great advice and guidance. He definitely went above and beyond to help us navigate the purchase. With technology, we didn’t even travel to Arizona to see the house before we made the offer. We had that much confidence and trust in Rich’s expertise, knowledge, and professionalism. We are extremely pleased with the home we purchased! Rich is very trustworthy, honest, and reliable. He helped us and did so much more for us than a typical realtor would do. This review is for Rick Collins who worked with me via phone and email as I am out of state. He stuck by me for over a year as I had specific things that I wanted in a place to purchase. Once I agreed to a place, he was on top of it -- walked me through the finance, ensured the inspection items were completed, found contractors who fixed the things not in the contract, and was there every step of the way. Most real estate agents would have shook my hand and walked away -- not Rick. He checks in with me every now and then and even found an insurance company that lowered by insurance by 50%. He continues to help with resources for the yard and house. A real blessing.
