I recently worked with Scott Kooiman and the Klaus Team to sell my father’s home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Selling a family property can be stressful, but Scott and the team made the entire process seamless and successful. There are three main reasons I would highly recommend Scott: Creative Marketing & Expertise: Scott identified a highly marketable feature that most agents would have completely overlooked—the assumable loan. This became our top selling point. Once we hit the market equilibrium, we secured a full-price, as-is offer at our asking price. Above-and-Beyond Service: Since I don't live at the property, I was worried about maintenance. Doug checked on the home weekly, and they even helped remediate pine needles while I was out of town. That level of "boots on the ground" support is rare. Total Flexibility: My biggest concern initially was my travel schedule. Scott and his team handled it perfectly. We got the house under contract while I was traveling in Europe, and we closed while I was out of town. I never felt out of the loop or stressed about the distance. A huge shout-out to Christine as well! Her communications were always prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly. It was a true pleasure to do business with this team. We have completed numberous real estate deals both as buyers and sellers with The Klaus Team and Rick Collins in particular. They are always professional, honest, and easy to work with. They offer classes to help you understand how to get into real estate investing. Rick was very helpful in guiding us through starting a self-directed IRA and buying a rental home with that account. I can not recommend Rick and The Klaus Team enough!

Rich Milburn is an exceptional realtor and possesses the ability to really help clients find their new home. We met Rich a couple of years ago at an open house and he had faithfully kept in touch with us all these months. When we were ready to purchase a second home in Arizona, Rich gave us great advice and guidance. He definitely went above and beyond to help us navigate the purchase.
