We had the pleasure of working with Bryce Henderson as our realtor, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Bryce's guidance was invaluable as first-time homebuyers navigating the often chaotic housing market. Not only did he expertly assist us through the G.I. Bill process, but he did so with a level of kindness and patience that truly sets him apart. What truly stood out to us was Bryce's demeanor; he was refreshingly different from the stereotypical hyper-salesman types you might encounter in the industry. He never pressured us into making decisions and was always there to patiently address our questions, no matter how trivial they may have seemed. Bryce exceeded my expectations at every opportunity! Providing critical insider knowledge when searching for the right home, displaying impeccable negotiation skills, was always available and never let a call go unanswered, but most importantly he delivered his services with a genuine smile and upbeat attitude. By far the best realtor I've ever dealt with.

He’s everything you could want in a real estate agent. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and I couldn’t have been happier that he was referred to us. I could go on and on but I don’t want his client pool to get so large he can’t support us in the future :) Little did Bryce know, he not only became our agent but our therapist, mortgage consultant, landscaping advisor and friend. You won’t have a better home buyer/seller experience anywhere else.

First off, I have to disclose that I have known Bryce for over 20 years and am a witness of his character and work-ethic. I knew when it was time to purchase our first home I wouldn't settle for anyone else. As an Arizona Native, Bryce was able to help guide our property search and point out things we hadn't thought of like future developments or SRP power grid projects. When we found our ideal home it was "all systems go" from there. Bryce was our advocate between us and the seller/seller's agent. He also connected us with the fantastic mortgage and title company. While there were unexpected turns from initial contract to close, Bryce was right there to steady our course and ensure everything sailed smoothly. I highly recommend Bryce and Four Peaks Brokerage to anyone looking to navigate this crazy market and still feel like there are people who care!

Honestly, if I could give 10 stars, I would! Bryce was very friendly, incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. He truly went above & beyond to help get me into the first home I've ever owned by myself! Some things came up through the lending process that made me feel like it wasn't going to be possible, but Bryce did not give up and he found solutions to help me buy my home. I am incredibly thankful for him and I would never even consider using another realtor! I can't recommend him highly enough!
