To say Melissa went above and beyond would be an understatement! This was my first time going through this experience and Melissa made sure any and all questions I had along the way were answered. From the start, Melissa’s knowledge of the market and areas I was looking for really help to narrow down the search. Melissa was available anytime I needed to call or send a text. When one offer fell through her positive attitude and guidance helped make moving onto the next a breeze. Even when I was closing, Melissa made sure everything was running smoothly and did all that she could to ensure a smooth close. Anytime an issue arose, Melissa was proactive and already thinking of solutions. This process was stressful but Melissa helped manage the storm and made me feel like in the end everything would work out which it did! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Melissa is the ideal agent for anyone looking for residential real estate in Lake, Cuyahoga or Geauga counties. She & her team were very patient while we looked for almost two years. When we found a townhouse we liked, Melissa diligently guided us through a complicated deal involving a foreclosed property & a recalcitrant seller. Then Melissa advised how to get our almost 100-year old home ready for market & left no stone unturned for drumming up even more interest in a hot-selling neighborhood. Our house had an offer above asking the first weekend it was on the market. If we had needed to move before our house sold, Melissa mentioned she had "Three truckloads of furniture" to stage it. As it was, we think Melissa's thoughtful placement of plants & rugs showed our home it in its best light. No detail is too small for Melissa in terms of marketability. Her slight stature & friendly demeanor belie the tough negotiator Melissa is when she needs to represent her clients' best interests.
