Shannon worked with us for well over a year as we prepared for our relocation to Ohio. I'm an agent myself in FL, so I had pretty high expectations from whoever we worked with...and Shannon did not disappoint. Having been on the agent side of 100's of FL real estate transactions, I came into the transaction process with a lot of preconceived notions about how things would go, and Shannon really helped me understand the nuances of Ohio real estate that were different than what I was used you. She was excellent at managing my expectations for purchasing a home in this particular market and is an extremely knowledgeable professional when it comes to the real estate transaction. Shannon is the exact balance of fun and compassionate but also direct and aggressive that you want when hiring an agent to represent you in either a sale or purchase of a home.

Shannon is absolutely amazing! I have worked with her on multiple properties as the buyer and the seller and she is so great and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for her clients and she really knows her stuff. She is happy to take the time to answer questions and explain things. The entire process with her is so smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anybody that needs a real estate agent.

Shannon is awesome! I mean awesome! There are a lot of realtors out there, but Shannon is cream of the crop! She helped me to sell my house, which was a very unique house and property to say the least. Navigating this sale took many twists and turns, which Shannon handled with ease. I was just in awe of how well she was able to work through certain points of the sale that maybe many typical homeowners do not go through. I think I might have been one of her toughest clients. She might agree… ?? Let me tell you that the sale turned out to be more than I could have ever expected. She blew it out of the park. I received numerous offers and received way more than I was asking with the sale price. We then quickly switched gears, only to have Shannon help me to buy a new house. She is so well versed in contract negotiation. Overall, between being a seller and then a buyer, I really could not have done it without Shannon. I highly recommend her!! She will not disappoint you.

We first met Shannon Jerome, the listing agent for the seller, when we purchased our Painesville Township home in 2020. We were nervous about selling our home in Willoughby when COVID disrupted the market. Though she wasn’t our agent, she suggested ideas to expedite the sale of our home. Here we are in 2025, and we’ve moved full time to South Carolina. We selected Shannon as our agent to sell our town home due to her solid communication skills and knowledge of the business. Shannon was extremely helpful with tips to ensure our home was presented with the best possible valuation prior to listing. During the time of our listing, her husband had planned an anniversary getaway to Mexico. She was concerned how we would feel about her absence. She initiated multiple communications during her trip. Prior to the open house, she suggested we tweak the listing to ensure it would reach the maximum number of potential buyers. We ended up with 3 offers all above the listing price. Shannon’s knack for negotiating was exemplary. She also looked out for the buyer whose bid we accepted. Her contract included many possible scenarios. We sold for $6K over the asking price. Overall, we valued Shannon’s integrity. She followed through on her commitments and always ensured her client’s best interest. She was a delight to have on our team!

I'll start by saying that Shannon is genuinely a great person first and foremost! Working with her was truly an exceptional experience. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market, and dedication were outstanding from the first conversation to the final closing. Shannon truly exceeded all expectations, especially in negotiations. When we were faced with multiple offers which lead to complex negotiations, she expertly navigated the situation. She even negotiated with the buyers to allow us to stay in our home for a couple of months after the sale was complete to help us transition to our new home that was under construction. Another example was when an initial appraisal came in much lower than market value. She was able to highlight areas of value in our home and the second appraisal was much more in line with the homes that had sold in the area. This led to an outcome that was much better than expected. She is truly a master negotiator! Communication was always clear, prompt, and she gave us great advice when we faced difficult decisions. Even when she was on vacation and feeling under the weather she was still working on the issues at hand. As sellers, we felt informed and supported at every step. Anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond, I highly recommended working with Shannon. She's a trusted advisor and will represent you well to ensure the best possible outcome. I would hire her again without question and have already recommended her to a neighbor. Her hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated. Thank you, Shannon, for everything!
