Shannon was a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to working with her again. My property sat for a year with little interest. I contacted Shannon because I knew she has a strong presence in my area, as she had successfully represented multiple sellers and buyers. At our first meeting, she crafted a marketing strategy that would appeal to or attract the buyer looking to buy my property. Her strategy worked, and she secured a buyer in less than a month. She was prompt, sent feedback after each showing, and I felt she made me a priority during the listing and negotiating process. All around excellent knowledge of the real estate market and terrific to work with.

We met Shannon at one of her open houses that was a few doors down from our renovation and when we were ready to list we decided to give her a try and we were very impressed with her professional work experience she did everything she promised above and beyond!!! She has sold thirteen of our renovations and they all have sold first few days on the market she has awesome strategy and we continue to use her as our realtor!! We “HIGHLY” recommend her she is truly the best realtor out there!!

Shannon is who you want when selling your house. She's a veteran real estate agent and a pro. She kept us updated every step of the way, including things that could go wrong and how to head it off! Sold our house in a week and a half! She is the ultimate in responsiveness, any questions we had no matter how goofy, she acted like it was the most important in her day. If we ever buy or sell in her area again, she's our agent of choice due to knowledge of area, sales trends, marketing, staging and, oh, negotiating? Make sure she's on your side. Excellent experience overall!

After a recommendation from a trusted friend, and after interviewing multiple agents, I chose Shannon Gerome, a thorough professional who provided invaluable advice and rapidly sold the home I’d inherited. Shannon communicated effectively, and was readily available to address my questions.She researched and shared profiles of comparable properties to help me set my asking price and she connected me with reputable clean-out and cleaning providers that I used to bring the house into market-ready condition. Shannon understood both the business and the emotional side of selling a family homestead. She assisted me in scheduling a closing date that was fast and allowed me to keep my plans for an out-of-state function. In summary, Shannon knew what needed to be done, and guided me through it. She was well-connected, prompt, professional and kind. I’d definitely work with her again.

Shannon was always ready to answer questions, and to work through parts of buying a house that are not always at the forefront of the buyers mind. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in so many aspects. I would recommend her to anyone.
