Connor was great to work with from the very beginning! He took time to understand our needs and assured us that there would be plenty of beautiful homes to choose from without our budget. He found so many that it was almost difficult for us to choose at one point until we knew we found THE ONE!

Philippe is the best realtor! He’s genuine and really cares about helping you find your dream home. Which he did! He’s creative when it comes to offers, super responsive and is good about checking in to make sure you have everything. He is also knowledgeable about the area which is helpful. Buying a home can be nerve wracking, but with Philippe it went as smooth as possible!

What can we say about Gillermo other than WOW!!!. Just an amazing experience especially it being my wife's first time buying a house. I was not sure if we would use him but Guillermo quickly won me over and showed that he was willing to go the extra mile for us and help us with whatever we needed. We bought our house in Sacramento which was really out of Guillermo's range but he was there for us every step of the way showing us house after house until we finally found what we wanted. Everyone wants to make money and has to make a living but he really made us feel like he wanted the best for us too. He answered all my calls and emails and when he could not talk he let me know he would get back to me when he could which he always did. The best thing I like about him was when I asked a question and he wasn't sure he didn't try and give me a slick answer, he said you know what let me talk to my office and get back to you. I appreciated that so much and when he got back to me it was with the right information. And it wasn't always what I wanted to hear but it was the information I needed. If you are looking for a real estate agent to help you buy your next home Guillero is your man. He is professional, courtious, respectful and knows what he is doing. Trust me you can't go wrong. Thank you Guillermo for all you have done for us. We will certainly be using you again on our next home purchase!!! Barry & Patricia
