Kevin did an exceptional job in getting our new house at Antioch. He was always available any time of the day and went above and beyond to get any information we required. Once house was finalized he did amazing work on negotiation and helped us get the house 100k below asking price. He is the best agent we have had so far and I have bought quite a few houses.
