Tawnya recently helped us sell our family home of 20 years and purchase a new home that will carry us through our next stage as empty nesters. From the start it seemed like a long shot to make this deal happen but Tawnya’s persistence and expertise made it happen. Our house sold in only a few days in a neighborhood with several other homes listed for sale. When it looked as though our purchase of the new home wasn’t going to happen, she was happy to take us out to look for alternative homes. In the end, it all worked out and we ended up in the home we originally wanted. Tawnya kept us informed pretty much daily-even when there was no new news. She responded to calls/texts almost immediately no matter the time of day. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I had a scheduled house tour with Wally, he did not show up, and he did not answer my calls. I confronted the Reality Group and he called me back, accusing me of “lying” saying he was there, which he in fact was not because we were there and the neighbors even seen us parked waiting for 45 minutes in the driveway. He used slander while yelling at me, talking over me and hung up on me twice. This is a very unfortunate and unprofessional representation of this property. If you’re the owner of the property on S. Nash Way in Chandler AZ, I hope you find better representation of your beautiful home. After reading reviews, Wally needs to be held accountable for his actions. Never will my family or friend rent any of Erickson’s Properties.

This was my second time using Tawnya and the Erickson group . As before she never disappoints! Communication, honesty, knowledge and her flexibility was stellar. I will continue to defer to her and her company as each experience with her has been superb. She will definitely make sure you are happy with your final outcome.
