Kevin was great! He understood what we were looking for and provided us with all the information we needed. He knows the area very well & was able to share his honest opinion. He was very responsive & and answered any & all of our numerous questions. He shared examples of houses that sold in the area, and when making suggestions regarding the potential offer amount - he had the data to back it up.
