Jenifer is a dream agent. She is an expert in the real estate process and explained all of the details in layman terms that were easy to understand. Team Durf was the best! They helped me through a long period of trying to buy during the pandemic, until finally I got my own house in my ideal neighborhood. They have so much relevant experience, and gave me incredible advice at many points when the market was twisting and turning. Christi has excellent rapport with other agents which helped tremendously, and she is super responsive. Steve knows a ton about fixing up houses and really digs into the details of walkthroughs and inspections to make sure the house is a good buy. The two of them have a strong network of trusted experts in many relevant fields, from inspections to loans and more. It was a blessing to work with them and have 2 such wonderful allies throughout the buying process - I highly recommend them!
