I was selling a very unique property, one which it was very hard to even find comps for, and if that wasn't enough I was also looking to buy a new home. Anthony handled both for me. His knowledge of the area where I lived helped me to determine the right price to list my property. He also helped me find a turn key home and was able to negotiate the price I wanted to pay for it. And if this wasn't enough.....both properties closed on the same day. Needless to say....I will, and have recommended Anthony Pigati to my friends. I want them to have the same positive experience I had.

Christi did a great job promoting the sale of our house. I felt that all of the recommendations that she suggested was to our benefit. She and Steve were there for me when I needed them. I would highly recommend Christi and Steve to anyone I know.

Jenifer is a dream agent. She is an expert in the real estate process and explained all of the details in layman terms that were easy to understand.
