I was referred to Phil by my selling agent to represent me in the purchase of my home in Pacifica. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and neighborhoods and helped me craft a great offer. His help and expertise were invaluable, and he hand held me through the entire process which made it incredibly smooth for me. In addition, as I wanted to do some remodeling, Phil made introductions to his amazing crew of contractors and personally recommended some changes to the house that were very creative and opened up the space. He has been a calming, steady presence for both the purchase and remodeling. I highly recommend him!

Phil has represented us for 25 years, as both listing agent and selling agent, and we just completed our 5th transaction with him. He skillfully navigates in both seller's markets and buyer's markets, and keeps up on current market trends. He has an eye for what improvements should be made to your home to realize the highest sale price, and has a great team who can get those improvements done. Our last home sold in 4 days, at well above the listing price. We told him what we were looking for in our next home, and he found us just what we were looking for. Phil is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of San Mateo County real estate, and we recommend him, with our highest regard.

Philip is an extraordinary agent. He is amazing to work with; his help, experience and expertise were fundamental to the success of the sale of my father's house. Working with Philip is easy and he makes the whole process care free. We were able to easily upgrade the house for a gainful sale. He assisted me by supplying his amazing team of people who painted, cleaned, landscaped, fixed and staged the house beautifully. It looked amazing and I can't recommend Philip enough. Phil was literally the best agent I could have asked for. As someone who knew absolutely zero about selling a home he made the whole process seamless. He took the reins for the entire process and all I had to was sign papers. My house needed some work before it could be sold and Phil managed the entire project from painting, to landscaping, to trash removal and so much more. All things that in my busy schedule I had no time to manage. I highly recommend Phil as he is not only amazingly professional and kind but he also has the expertise for all of the little things you wouldn't even thin about. He is also a perfectionist in the best possible way and leaves no stone unturned which is what you need when selling a home and wanting to receive the best value on the market. Highly recommended!
