Dave has been our guardian angel since our first home purchase in the Bay Area in 2017. He has gone above and beyond since then to help us with occasional real estate advice, all things home buying, advice on market trends and being there for us when we were ready to make another move again. Dave helped us in our most desperate time of need last year when we lost our home to hot water damage by immediately placing us in an amazing rental in the Burlingame area and continuously working with us there after to purchase our next home. I can't even count the number of times we have pinged Dave in the last several months, every time we saw a home of potential interest. Dave understands the needs of his clients and is brutally honest about what would/wouldn't work about prospective homes and what would be best suited for our needs. He ultimately helped us buy our long term home in a great school district that would be ideal for our family. I am forever thankful/ grateful to Dave and his team for helping us through our tough times and making the experience so positive for us. I've worked with Dave on 3 real estate transactions, 2 purchases and 1 sell. Dave is easy to work with. He is prompt, engaged, available. He has extensive experience and is full of good advice for a first-time home buyer like my wife and I were. He's a local - he grew up in San Francisco and has been doing real estate for decades in this area. He has a lot of connections - he has helped us shop around for competitive mortgage rates and find contractors to make repairs. He knows how to make very strong offers. For both purchases, we were not the highest dollar amount but due to other aspects of the offer, we were still selected. On the selling side, he hustles. He helped us get our home ready for sale very quickly, despite being close to the holidays. He even continued to work on the property when we briefly took it off market. Working with Dave has just been an all around wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about him. I regularly recommend him to my friends. One additional thing I'll add - when we were looking for a real estate agent, some of them wanted us to sign some sort of loyalty pledge that we would keep working with them no matter what. Dave took a different approach, saying if we didn't see the value of working with him, it would be fine for us to leave. That was the first signal that he was going to be great to work with.

Dave recently helped me purchase my home in San Francisco and I can truly say working with him was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and accurate about the market and worked VERY hard to make sure we had everything we needed to make an offer. This was our first home purchase and he took the time to explain the whole process in detail. He always responded quickly and if he didn’t know the answer, he was able to find the right people. With David you are getting his network of architect, contractors, etc. and that was extremely beneficial helping to evaluate homes. Even after we closed he reached out to me to make sure the house was in working order and everything was going smoothly. Some realtors will quickly move on to the next sale but David really cares about the whole process. There are a lot of realtors out there but David’s years of experience and work ethic really set him apart. I can’t recommend him enough.

Dave is the dreamed agent every buyer or seller wants to have. He has always put your interests first and put himself into your shoes. He would not only provide specialty service in house search and mortgage, but also goes beyond to help you estimate the total cost you may need to invest for repairing, remodeling and etc. leveraging his strong network of the contractor world too. He is always there for you like a very reliable and trustworthy friend. He is unique and one of a kind. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a house or who wants to sell a property.
