We just bought our home with Caroline. This is the 2nd home we've bought with Caroline. Like like the previous time, the entire team made this such a smooth experience. Caroline knows literally everyone in Bay Area real estate community. Her connections are very helpful. She knew almost every agent, and every agent, at any open house we went to, knew Caroline. Her estimates on what the houses would sell for were very accurate. She really knows this market. Anyone who has been through this process knows that the real work starts when you decide to put down an offer. Caroline's team really held our hand through the entire process - with emails, texts, checklists, loan underwriting, helping us understand the disclosures. They were working around the clock with us. Even after closing, Caroline has been there for us. She shared her list of contractors (GCs, gardeners etc.) affordable places to buy materials etc. and is always there to offer her advice! We love everyone on the team not just for Caroline's connections in the Real Estate industry, but also for all the extra touches- the gifts and the emails and the checklists. We felt so heard and understood. We would work with Caroline again in a heartbeat!

In such a stressful period, with everything I had going on, from my initial meeting with Caroline, being introduced to her staff, and all of their contractors, I could not have asked for an easier home sale. During COVID times, when contractors were busy, she had her stable of people to do flooring, painting, and cleaning. Everyone was a joy to work with. 3 months later - almost to the day - I was signing my side of the closing papers. If you are selling your home in the Bay Area, you owe it to yourself to at least talk with her. I was skeptical at how easy she was saying things would be, but I was wrong.

Caroline is THE real estate agent to work with! Her knowledge of the market and inventory is amazing and a huge advantage for her clients. She is so experienced and tirelessly advocates for her clients for the best value. I just worked with Caroline to purchase a home in Redwood Shores and would absolutely work with her again + absolutely recommend her for any buyer or seller! Caroline is also so pleasant, kind, thoughtful and caring about her clients.

We hired the Caroline Dinsmore Group to help us sell our condo in San Bruno and used them again to purchase our new condo in San Mateo. From the moment we started the process, the entire team was respectful, approachable, reliable, and professional. They took care of every step in the process and checked in with us regularly. In fact, one of the most impressive things about the group was their thorough and regular communication with us. On the sale of our condo, they worked with us to ensure that our house showed well. They helped us define small, but specific improvements that would increase the house's appeal, from the paint on the walls to the color of the lightbulbs (which, by the way, made the whole place brighter). Our property was placed on the market on a Friday, and we had multiple offers by that Monday. After each open house, they contacted us and let us know about the number of groups that had visited the property, and how many of those already had agents. When the offers came in, they explained each one in detail, pointing out the positives and negatives of each. We were able to negotiate a price that was above asking, which was great! They continued to remain in touch throughout escrow and were quick to respond when we had questions. On the purchase of our new place, Caroline and her team helped us locate potential properties, went with us to view open houses, and helped us negotiate a fair price. In fact, Danielle Shapiro, our realtor, connected with the selling agent prior to the offer, which paved the way for our eventual accepted offer. Again, they stayed with us through the entire escrow process. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the Caroline Dinsmore Group. We recommend them without reservation.

Thanks to Caroline and her exceptional team, we just moved into our new home in Menlo Park! We were extremely satisfied when Caroline was our seller’s agent in 2021 in San Carlos (see my previous 5-star review for details), and we are extremely satisfied with her again as our buyer’s agent this year in 2022! After working with Caroline to sell our property last year, we paused to explore several areas of the peninsula before entering back into the market. As we explored, Caroline was always available to answer any questions that came up. Even though we were not officially considered buyers at this point, whenever we reached out, she would share her extensive knowledge, network and ideas with us. She continued to be immediately available, responsive and helpful. Her support helped us build confidence and narrow our sights on the city, and the neighborhood within that city, that was the best fit for our family.
