Ariana and Phil were recommended to us by our previous realtor in Texas. He interviewed them and assured to be the best fit for us after interviewing multiple agents. We are glad they got to represented us in our most recent transaction. They were able to sell our house at asking price in less than two months and met all our needs and requests, specially with timing as we were moving out of state and needed to be out of the property by a very specific time frame. Not to mentioned they sealed the deal in the middle of layoffs with unsettled interest rates. They are a professional, attentive and very respectful team. They ensured the process was clear and easy for us. We never felt pressured, rushed or confused. Will highly recommend!

We enjoyed working with both Phil and Ariana. It was a very stressful experience buying a home from 1200 miles away and they made it easy with constant condo choices sent to me online that matched all my criteria, answering all our questions immediately, and going out to the properties to send us pictures or videos. Once we bought the property, they helped with the lengthy process of closing and finally moving in. We would highly recommend them.

A mutual friend highly recommended Philip Berson as a possible choice for a realtor when I needed to sell a house I had inherited. The house had some zoning problems and there was a lot of fact finding to be done. Having never owned a house previously and having zero experience with real estate, the process of learning was as important to me as was the sale itself. After my first call with Philip I immediately felt I would be great hands and that proved to be so true. He was very patient in explaining all the processes/paperwork I would be going through not just in the beginning, but every time I called him, which was often. Not only was he a great 'teacher' of the real estate process, but more importantly he very attentive and checked in regularly with me, even if there was no new 'news' or movement in my sale, he would check in and let me know when he expected things to happen, which was really helpful. This is in stark contrast with the experience I had buying a house, where the realtor/owner I had picked handed us off to someone else in his team, and that person while extremely nice and personable, rarely checked in. We often felt we were alone in the process. I seldom write reviews and view most with suspicion, but I can easily recommend Philip (and Ariana) to anyone looking for a real estate team. They are good people and I feel very grateful they were my team when I needed a realtor.
