Highly experienced and a two-for-the-price-of-one team! These absolutely delightful humans, Phil and Ariana, (aside from being the most endearing father/daughter team on earth) are exactly who you want by your side when you're going through one of the most potentially stressful and complicated events - selling your house. We had multiple hurdles, all out of our control - including the seller's market coming to a screeching halt - but they remained cool, collected and always reassuring. Their advice was always spot-on, and ultimately, we all ended up happy. We don't know what we would have done without Phil and Ariana. Endless thanks to them - anyone would be lucky to have them as their real estate team.

Two years ago I was starting to plan my move from Indiana to California. I was open house hopping and met the nicest and most relaxed real estate agent I had talked to all day. I took her card and let her know I'd be calling in 2 years. True to my word, I called Ari Berson two years later. I cannot compliment she and her father Phil enough for making my long distance buying experience more than I had hoped for. Even through a complicated title issue they were supportive, attentive, encouraging, and helped me with the purchase of my first beautiful California townhouse. The Berson Group did a great job selling our first home in Encino, California. My wife and I loved working with them. They were considerate, professional, and had excellent market insight. They helped arrange the staging, coordinated all the showings, did an excellent job marketing the property, and took incredible photos and videos, among other fantastic work. Phil and Ariana Berson, the father-daughter team (The Berson Group at Compass), have been our wonderful real estate agent/broker throughout our 6-month long journey of purchasing the house we fell in love with when we started house-hunting in Southern California to prepare for our cross-country move from NYC. Our purchase was a contested transaction and nothing like the usual process of buying an existing house. That was due to the manipulation of an extremely unprofessional and unethical real estate agent hired by one of the two sellers (an ex-wife and ex-husband) and because of the dispute between the ex-wife and ex-husband, who had gone through a bitter divorce. Long story short, Phil and Ariana introduced us to an experienced real estate attorney to file a lawsuit against the sellers and to bring the transaction back on track when we found out the transaction was about to be derailed by the unprofessional and unethical buyer agent and the two sellers. We had to go through a 6-month long painful and costly litigation to eventually close the escrow and get the key to our house. During this long period of time, whenever needed, Phil and Ariana were always there to provide their professional services. Sometimes Phil even went above and beyond to provide suggestions and ideas to help us deal with the challenges in the litigation and escrow closing process. He and Ariana have been proactive, responsive, and reliable. We are very thankful for Phil and Ariana's knowledge, professionalism, and patience that played an important role in helping us eventually succeed in winning the legal battle against the sellers and successfully make the purchase of the house that we are going to call our home.
