I am so happy that I chose Kevin McDonald and Kevin Godley of Pinnacle Estate Properties to sell my townhouse in the Warner Center, Woodland Hills. Not only are they professional, experienced, kind, considerate and extremely knowledgeable, they also constantly checked on my unit (since I moved out of the area), kept me updated with information and always answered my many questions. Within days of listing, I had multiple buyers. They truly went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them should you need to sell (or purchase) a property. We worked with a lot of real estate agents across North America and Kevin is one of the very best! Kevin did an outstanding job assisting us with selling our condo. His expertise in marketing was instrumental in determining a competitive selling price, despite the economic downturn. He was very involved in all aspects of closing as we were out of the country during the selling process. He was very friendly, and responsive and always gave great advice, helping us to make an informed decision. We will definitely be working with him again in the future!

As an inexperienced property seller, and one who was relocating cross-country before my Woodland Hills townhouse went on the market, I was relying on my realtors to manage the process and communication. I'd received quarterly information on relevant property transactions (condos & townhouses sold in my vicinity) from Pinnacle for years, so I recognized that they knew my market well. The team handled the entire process entirely to my satisfaction. There were multiple offers within 2 days of the first open house, and they did an excellent job staying in touch with me proactively throughout. I got a favorable price in a short (by real estate standards) time, and now I'm ready to move on without having to keep paying attention to what is now the past for me. Kevin was also kind enough to send me the one item I accidentally left behind (of zero intrinsic value but with significant personal meaning). I would not hesitate to recommend their services for anyone buying or selling a condo or townhouse in the Woodland Hills, CA area.

Kevin did an outstanding job assisting us to sell our condo. His expertise in the market's geographic area and his connections were instrumental in selling our condo in less than a week. He was very involved with all aspects of the transaction and was on top of everything. He was following up with other parties on a daily basis to make sure we close on time and he even went an extra mile and reached out to the buyer lender and HOA insurance company to expedite the delivery of required document for closure. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns and was easy to reach out. I would definitely recommend him to work with if you are looking for a professional realtor.
