I used Realtors Kevin McDonald and Kevin Godley to sell my condo in Woodland Hills, CA in January 2024. Kevin M. and Kevin G. did their research and proposed a selling price. After speaking with other realtors in the area, I decided to use Pinnacle Estate properties because of their vast knowledge and impressive portfolio of sales of the real estate market in the valley, especially at the MET. Kevin M. kept me updated daily, brought me multiple offers, and suggested all the pros and cons without putting added pressure on me. Also, they took care of all the issues brought up by the inspection report in a timely manner by recommending handyman and licensed contractors. With my busy schedule, I did not have time to handle all these minor issues. Third, they followed up with potential buyer's agents and lenders to try to close escrow in a timely manner. Finally, they did an amazing job with virtual staging, making the condo look modern and appealing to any buyer. Kevin and Kevin handled the sale of my condo extremely well and if I were to buy or sell any property in the area I would use them again.
