I cannot recommend Peter enough. He did a great job on the sale of one of my investment properties, and he got me the price I was looking for with no hassles at all. Don't bother with any other agent; once you use Peter, you won't want to go anywhere else. 5 Stars!

If you’re an investor in Indianapolis looking for a real estate agent who knows the market exceptionally well, thinks like an investor, is extremely responsive, negotiates effectively, and is genuinely committed to long-term relationships, Peter Stewart and his assistant Linda Schotter are the team you want. If you want to understand why, read on. I found Peter through BiggerPockets after speaking with many agents in Indianapolis. He immediately stood out. He has a deep, granular understanding of the market and thinks like an investor because he is one. Working with Peter meant buying my first investment property, my first out-of-state purchase, and my first home ever. Trust did not come easily. Time and time again, over more than a year of searching, Peter consistently proved he had my best interests in mind. Each moment built trust. I needed that. He was always responsive, thorough, and thoughtful. I was never rushed and never pushed into a deal. When concerns came up, Peter didn’t dismiss them or try to sell me. He laid out the facts and let me make informed decisions. In hindsight, that approach helped me grow as an investor and truly understand the Indianapolis market. Peter also personally visits properties. If something interests you, he has likely already walked it and often has video. Watching him evaluate homes is impressive. He understands construction, age, condition, and risk far beyond what most investors would catch. When the right deal came along, I needed specific terms to make it work financially. Peter negotiated excellent terms and made the deal happen, even when it wasn’t the easiest path. What truly sets Peter apart is what happened after closing. He stayed involved, ensured repair credits and security deposits were handled properly, and personally delivered warranty and appliance documentation to my property manager. Weeks after closing, when many agents disappear, Peter was still there. That level of follow-through says everything. I’m incredibly grateful for Peter and Linda and excited for many future deals together.

We worked with Peter for one year and half as we were looking to relocate, he was extremely patient with us and we never felt pressure on any of the houses we were looking to purchase. We found the perfect house with the perfect location and Peter guided us thru the process to purchase the home in this highly competitive market. Linda was also a great resource for the close and both members of the team are great communicators. He also makes video walk thru videos very comprehensive for remote folks looking to buy a home.

I really enjoyed working with Peter - from our first conversation where he presented me with a full picture of the market verbally and with many resources (I am an out of state investor), getting numerous recommendations of vendors, to actually seeing the properties, negotiating on an offer and ultimately closing on one. Peter's team was able to smoothly guide me through the process, answer all the questions and make it a very positive experience. I highly recommend working with Peter Stewart.
