Penny was outstanding in helping us find our home in California. She really knew the area well, which was essential as we were moving from out of state and knew nothing of the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did a great job showing us properties that made sense. One thing we really appreciated was that she gave us very honest feedback and didn't shy away from being direct when our expectations were unrealistic. She was very responsive, getting back to us very quickly whenever we had questions. HIghly recommended!

Buying and selling a home in 3 weeks' time can be a stressful experience. Penny was there every step of the way for us. Her knowledge eased all our fears. She has a fun, upbeat personality and is also very direct and honest. If you choose Penny as your agent, you have nothing to fear and may even enjoy the experience. Yes you cann with Penny McCann! She is a rock star, a pleasure to work with, and a true professional! My wife and I had been trying to buy a house in this crazy market for nearly a year with another agent.
