Allison did several things exceptionally well when selling our home: the staging was beautiful, the house was marketed effectively, and it sold very quickly for over asking. For that, we are grateful. However, we did experience challenges during the transaction. Communication at times felt brief or unclear, and there were delays in receiving key updates. We also noticed several oversights when the home was accessed by colleagues or vendors. We had wifi cameras which were invaluable in monitoring our home during the selling process especially when we were no longer living in the house. What was most difficult for us was the lack of guidance and advocacy during the inspection and repair-request phase. The buyer’s request included open-ended items that carried significant risk/challenges for us as out-of-state sellers, and we did not feel supported in navigating those issues. We ultimately had to research our own options for how to respond and structure the negotiation. The level of reassurance provided before listing didn’t match the level of support we experienced once the offer came in. The sale was successful, but we believe there are important areas where communication, attention to detail, and representation could be strengthened.

Allison recently sold our Lakewood home, from our initial first meeting to closing of escrow she was professional, attentive, and went beyond her scope of work helping us navigate a stressful life event. Our home had an offer less than 48 hours after listing, received multiple offers after open house and sold over asking. Thank You Allison for all you did for us! We appreciate you!

I had a very disappointing experience with this realtor. They were unresponsive, often taking days to return calls or emails. Their knowledge of the local market seemed lacking, and they provided incorrect information on several occasions. Additionally, they seemed more interested in closing a deal quickly rather than finding the right property for me. Overall, I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor.
