    Hands (and feet!) down to Kathy and Gia. It was scary for us jumping into such a big decision, buying a home. We saved $$ and waited and waited for the right time and the right place. When it finally came along, Kathy made the process so smooth. She gave valuable, professional advice, walked us through steps, answered all our questions no matter how big or small or silly it sounded, and was a call and text away at all times. We were comfortable talking about budget, finances and timing and never felt pressured. Our purchase had a lot of moving parts yet Kathy’s strategy and negotiation skills were seamless! This team pulled through and of course we got our dream home. Grateful for you guys.

    Kathy is a magician in her craft as a realtor. When we say she is bright, knowledgeable, kind, personable, VERY patient, and just a pleasure to work with it is honestly not an exaggeration. We were very fortunate to find her and Gia Silva of IntiRealty by chance through a podcast during the pandemic; (Livin’ Latina, Episode 5; Women in Real Estate, October 8, 2020). As I write this review it's occurring to me that it's been EXACTLY 3 years since I listened to this podcast episode to the day my husband found our home and we visited the open house. I was drawn in by Gia’s charisma, intelligence, and spicy energy and connected with Kathy immediately 3 years ago, wow - pure serendipity! When I say we were still trying to figure things out that is truly the understatement of the year; we had mountains of consumer and student loan debt didn't have a downpayment/emergency fund saved and wanted to simply inquire about what steps were needed to purchase a home as first-time home buyers. What we immediately loved about Kathy is that even though we did not have the money to start buying yet she took her time in guiding us through the process, the market, brought us in to the realty boutique to understand our needs, wants, negotiables, and non-negotiable. She listened to us and was empathetic, never pressing us or making us feel rushed to purchase. When the time came to put in an offer, she efficiently but gently guided us through the pre-approval process (we didn't have one at the start of our 21-day escrow, yikes!) by connecting us with the dream team - shout out to Jeff Wen - our lender- another VIP. Our escrow closed on time and Kathy was with us every step of the way- checking in and making sure everything went as planned and we were well. She was an amazing advocate for us and guided us through the very stressful bidding process. She and the team were so amazing that the seller’s realtor, shout out to Josh Mendoza!, was so pleased to work with them- this made our process even more seamless. I’m full of such warm emotions as I conclude this review; thank you for all that you do Kathy- you have been a key ingredient in making our dreams come true.     You need to meet with Kathy and her team. Not only does she take great pride in educating buyers & sellers about the reality of the market, she goes the extra mile to really understand your long term goal and go over options. She's your advocate you never feel like she's trying to sell you anything. I have never felt so comfortable having some one know finances and guide me through the largest purchase of my life
