Ramon is professional and an absolute expert with obtaining information on a home, negotiating with other agents, and ensuring our needs are heard and met. We out grew our apartment and decided we wanted to own a home. Ramon was patient, flexible, understanding, and didn’t pressure us into buying just any home. As first-time home buyers the process can be daunting because of all the unknowns and Ramon guided us through and gave us insight into what to look for in a property. We are so appreciative of Ramon for helping us purchase our very first home! We definitely plan on returning when we are ready to purchase another home!

Ramon was an excellent agent. We were looking for almost 7 months. Most of it because I was too picky. He had the patience and most of it he listened to what i wanted. Other agents push you to get the first house. He accepted my request of going below sale price and he even negotiated to get me credit at the end of escrow. Great agent!!!

Working with Ray was seamless. He made our first purchase easy, especially for us as first-time sellers. He is kind, funny, and pleasant to work with. We appreciated his patience with us and he was not in a hurry when he was with us. He answered our questions within a reasonable time, and if he was busy he always made sure to tell us and would give us a time he would call us back.
