I met Elmer at an open house. I've been in the market for a home for a couple of years, and told him I didn't think he would be able to find what I wanted in my price range. We met at several homes and after a few months he showed me the home I ended up buying. Throughout the process, he was easy to contact and didn't pressure me at all. Ramon is professional and an absolute expert with obtaining information on a home, negotiating with other agents, and ensuring our needs are heard and met. We out grew our apartment and decided we wanted to own a home. Ramon was patient, flexible, understanding, and didn’t pressure us into buying just any home. As first-time home buyers the process can be daunting because of all the unknowns and Ramon guided us through and gave us insight into what to look for in a property.
