As a first-time buyer, I had no clue what was involved in buying a home. Ramon was excellent from the get-go. He was professional, friendly, and always answered my questions, no matter how complicated they were or what time of day. He was always there, listened to all my needs, and found the perfect home for me! He made the entire process exciting and not stressful at all. He was very involved in the closing process and provided status updates regularly. You will not regret choosing Ramon as your real estate agent!. I can’t recommend him enough!

My wife and I were referred to Ramon through the agents who listed our house for sale. Ramon is part of his team and we are glad our listing agent referred us to Ramon. Ramon was able to get us into seeing all of the listings that we wanted to see and was answering questions at all hours of the day at night. Ramon was also able to save us what could’ve been a potential nightmare when a house that we were interested in, wanted us to remove the appraisal contingency. Based off of Ramon‘s knowledge and experience, he suggested we not do that and walked away from my house. Ramon was able to show us the house that we did end up buying and are very grateful for his guidance. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase and even now a few weeks after we closed we have still reached out to Ramon and he was still as responsive as he was during the purchase process. Ramon was very easy to talk to and very friendly. Ramon is not only our agent, but we honestly feel like he became a friend because he was looking out for us and not just trying to get us into anything to make a sale.
