As a rookie home seller, I was a fish outta water, but Ramon was eloquently explaining the process and helped me get all the documents signed confidently with electronic ease. As a busy out of town medical worker, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Thank you Ramon for going over and beyond to help us make this sale quickly. He even got a new washer and dryer installed whole I was out of the country. High marks and highly recommended.

Ramon was a fantasic agent to work especially since I was a first time home buyer. He was very knowledgeable about the buying process, and prepared me for the hoops and hurdles I would naturally encounter as a buyer. He was professional but personable. Ramon also has great work ethic and was extremely patient with my needs and work schedule. It was nice working with someone who did not make me feel pressured, and gave me options and flexibility. I think the biggest takeaway was how he recommended great properties for my needs and secured a solid contract that included a 5k credit.

Elyssa is hands down one of the best real estate agents out there. She is incredibly profressional, organized and knowledgeable! My husband and I tried to list our property last year with a different agent and search for our forever home with no luck. So this year when it was time to start the process again, I reached out to Elyssa. From the beginning she educated us on the market and introduced us to a mortgage lender who she recommends and trusts. Everyone she works with is fantastic and truly client focused! We had multiple offers on our property within days of our first open house and our offer was accepted on the second house we offered on! We found our forever home and even through the inspection process when we needed quotes and estimates, she reached out to contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. Buying and selling is an incredibly stressful and lengthy process, but with Elyssa it really wasn’t. We always knew what to expect and we’re never left in the dark. Anyone looking for a home, needs to work with her!!

If you are looking for someone who is honest, relabel, constant, responsible, does what he says and means what he does. Mr. Kevin Orantes is your guy, I had a very complected situation that not only consisted of the normal headaches of selling a property. But there were lawyers involved and lots of delays to complete the sell of this property. Mr. Orantes not only was very professional all the way, but he was also understanding regarding the complicated transaction. Mr. Orantes was my biggest support, and he did everything in his power not only making sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of, but always being on top of the seller agent to complete the transaction. You will be a very lucky and happy client if you allow Mr. Orantes to assist you in selling or being your next home. It is very hard to find a realtor that is willing to get their hands dirty to help their client. The reason why Mr. Orantes is so successful in what he does is because he is passionate.
