I met Elmer at an open house. I've been in the market for a home for a couple of years, and told him I didn't think he would be able to find what I wanted in my price range. We met at several homes and after a few months he showed me the home I ended up buying. Throughout the process, he was easy to contact and didn't pressure me at all. Ramon is professional and an absolute expert with obtaining information on a home, negotiating with other agents, and ensuring our needs are heard and met. We out grew our apartment and decided we wanted to own a home. Ramon was patient, flexible, understanding, and didn’t pressure us into buying just any home. As first-time home buyers the process can be daunting because of all the unknowns and Ramon guided us through and gave us insight into what to look for in a property. Ramon was an excellent agent. We were looking for almost 7 months. Most of it because I was too picky. He had the patience and most of it he listened to what i wanted. Other agents push you to get the first house. He accepted my request of going below sale price and he even negotiated to get me credit at the end of escrow. Great agent!!!
