Paul is a genuine and caring realtor and I’m incredibly grateful for all the hard work he put in to find me my perfect home. He is both patient and was always there at the drop of a dime when I saw a house pop up that I wanted to go look at. His team was always so willing to step in and help out as well when Paul was out of town or had prior commitments. I used Paul Eide as my realtor for my home purchase for a cross country move. Even when I couldn't be in Arizona, Paul was always working for me, searching for the perfect property. Once found, he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort with the process from afar. Excellent communication and follow up, virtual document signing and answering my million questions. Paul and his team were incredible!

Paul was very helpful in selling my elderly sister's home in AZ. Her husband passed away a few years ago and lived alone. Paul was very helpful in preparing the home for sale and also arranging help when it was time to move. He kept in contact with her on a regular basis, which put her at ease. He also kept me updated on the progress of the sale of her home. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Paul to sell your home. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We are very pleased with everything he has done for us.
