Honestly, we were first-time homebuyers and had no clue what we were doing, but Pat made the whole thing feel like a breeze. He was so on top of it! Every single week, he was sending us fresh listings, keeping us in the loop on off-market stuff, and never wasting our time with places we didn’t want. He took us out weekend after weekend, never losing steam. The man’s relentless, in the best way. He listened to what we wanted, what we didn’t, and just nailed it. He was working hand-in-hand with my husband the whole time, and honestly, it felt like they had everything covered. Any question we had, he had answers, no matter how silly we thought it was. We even closed in 21 days, which blew our minds. And it wasn’t just the buying part, he hooked us up with the best inspectors who caught things the other side’s didn’t, and he recommended a contractor who was also great. Honestly, he made this whole thing easy and (shockingly) fun. We’d recommend Pat to anyone, he had our backs the entire way.

Patrick is the realtor to work with if you're in Ventura county and even if you are somewhere on the other side of the world he'd still probably be able to help you better than anyone else. I connected with Patrick early on in my search and he showed me a house that was already sold, which some may see as a waste of time, but I really appreciated that he gave me a chance to understand what was going on in the market and we discussed things to look for in houses along with the viewing. Afterwards, he set me up on his email system which kept me updated on new properties that matched exactly what I needed. When something especially good popped up he would always reach out and work with me to take a look. What I appreciate most was his patience with my busy schedule and his flexibility to work with me during some frankly odd hours. He was also always very up front about things and never pushy about making decisions. Over about a year, I kept in touch with Patrick checking in on things here and there, until finally something perfect came up. At that point, Patrick's vast connections in the area helped me quickly make an offer and close. All throughout the closing process, Patrick provided great help and support, and he knew everyone in the process which allowed things to move even quicker and smoother. Even after the deal was done, Patrick's great network of cleaners, contractors, and handymen made getting everything set up extremely easy. He offered to keep in contact to give advice or help out on anything needed in the future, and I have taken him up on that offer many times. Each time he has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with Patrick and I look forward to working with him more in the future.

Patrick is absolutely amazing! Patrick and I met in 2021 when I was looking to purchase a home in Ventura. He was knowledgable in the area, schools, and found me many properties with my laundry list of needs and I ended up finding my dream home. When I was ready to make a big life change in 2025 and move to Northern California, he was the first person I called to help me through the process. He was a amazing in walking me through upgrades or repairs I needed to do to get ready to list my house, took amazing photos for the listing, and we ended up getting an offer in the first weekend of showings. He also helped me find a new agent in the area I was moving to, who ended up also being awesome. I couldn't recommend Patrick more for anyone looking to buy or sell property in Ventura County!

Patrick was great to work with! Honestiy, a very easy going guy who made the stresses of purchasing a home as stress free as possible. He also definitely really knows the business inside and out. His level of professional was top notch and we felt that he went above and beyond for our family when it came to listening to our wants, needs, and concerns. He was very informative, quick to respond to our calls and texts, and has a great Rolodex of referrals when it comes to household needs and inspections. Highly recommend!
