I have worked with Patrick for two sales and one purchase. He is a real pro and knows the industry inside and out. He is also extremely honest and protective. He helped save me from buying a property that had some red-flag issues. He also works incredibly hard and has lots of great contacts of all kinds. I will absolutely work with him in the future.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Patrick Fossati and Andrea Albin went far beyond my expectations. I was going through a tough time when I put my mobile home on the market. When I spoke to Patrick he was very sincere and caring. He and Andrea completely took over. He suggested doing some improvements before going on the market and he was so right because I received much more than expected. Patrick and Andrea are incredibly knowledgeable, they handled everything for me, which made this as stress free as possible. I highly recommend using them as your agent.

It's no mystery why Patrick's name is almost always adorning the "Remax Top 25 Agents" list, he is simply put: THE BEST. Patrick is an incredibly hardworking and trustworthy agent who I'd recommend in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy, sell, or simply keep a pulse on what's out there. You will not meet a more dedicated and down-to-earth agent than Patrick. Patrick recently helped my husband and I buy our dream home in Oak View, CA. The process started almost a year prior to that in early 2024 when we told Patrick we wanted to keep some feelers out, but weren't quite ready to pull the trigger yet. Patrick set up market watches tailored to our interests, and would ping us occasionally when something amazing came through. Flash forward to 2025, he very patiently helped us view a few dozen homes together over the course of 3 months. He was never pushy and always gave us his honest feedback. When we finally found our ideal home and put the offer in, things were seamless. Patrick's level of oversight and guidance was top notch: he walked us through all necessary steps, helped us negotiate, was always available to talk, introduced us to various contractors and subject matter experts. Patrick's thoroughness and diligence actually helped us secure a significant credit despite having an "as-is" contract - incredible! He sat with us through final signings, helped de-brief on inspection reports, talked on nights and weekends, and made personal sacrifices to help us get our home. I can't say enough good things about working with Patrick - we are incredibly grateful. 5 stars!

I am so thankful that Patrick was referred to me! I have been a full time real estate professional in another state for 25 years and I was beyond impressed with Patrick. He is professional, astute, confident, communicative, organized, accessible, and goes above and beyond at every turn. I cannot express enough how positive my experience was in working with Patrick. Do not look any further-Patrick is #1 in my book.

Patrick Fossati was a fantastic realtor! He was incredibly helpful in making sure both of my escrows went smoothly at the same time. Not only did he successfully help me sell my house, but he also found me the perfect place to move to. He was very responsive and communicative and was amazing in facilitating communication/negotiation amongst all parties involved. He walked by my side throughout the entire process and went above and beyond. Plus, he became a good friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home, especially if it is their first time.
