David was exceptional on every front. Reviews often sound so dry. So we'll start by saying that David found us the home that makes our hearts sing. Then, when the torrent of paperwork and complexities came rolling along, he kindly and patiently walked us through all of it and then some -- deftly covering every nuance, from various insurance to how to turn the gas back on. Biggest of all, he accomplished all of this with a kindness and efficiency second to none. I know, in quiet moments for years to come, we'll sit in our dream house and remember him with a big smile.

Doug was there for us every bit of the way. Not only was he honest and on top of things He was really about making sure that we are going in on the right things. There were times where he literally stopped us, even though we wanted to do it because he knew we didn’t want it. Love, Doug.

I first met Dave 7 years ago when I was looking at relocating. He worked with me for almost 2 years, I was moving abroad for a year. Through out those 2 years he kept me informed in what was available, answered all my questions and never once pressured me. He listened to what I was looking for and made a scary experience...homeownership, into a pleasant experience, thank you Dave. Now I have family wanted to relocated and Dave is who they are working with. I would, highly, highly recommend Dave.

Dave is a super knowledgeable and experienced agent. His local knowledge and good relationship with other agents helped us sell our home way above list and identify an off-market replacement property for a very reasonable price. He has a great support team and connections to a group of contractors, title companies, and lenders, so you'll always have solid information about a prospective purchase. As a highly desirable agent, Dave usually has a bunch of deals going on at once, so you occasionally have to reach out to him rather than waiting for him to contact you. From my perspective, the benefits of working with a top notch agent like Dave make choosing him a no brainer, even if that means I sometimes need to be proactive in contacting him. And I'm looking forward to working with him on future real estate deals.

David and Marla Remedios helped us buy our home in just a few days. We love it, and highly recommend this real estate duo! We had failed to have any of our offers answered (full price or higher) with another agent. We felt that we were being marginalized because we are older with no young children. Our offers apparently weren’t “sold to the seller,” who all seemed to favor young families. Not so with David and Marla, who had us in our new home very quickly, and at a decent price. They made the process easy for us.
