Working with Patty was and is FANTASTIC. She is patient, kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. Because this was a land sale, this was a particularly difficult process that required someone with expert experience. Patty assisted me with working with county agencies to obtain necessary permits and mapping for the property. Patty walked the property with me several times to ensure proper showing. As well, Patty recommended a great title/closing company. Patty was very responsive to emails and telephone calls during the week and on weekends. She we over and above with one potential offer willing to trim her commission to ensure the deal. I highly recommend Patty. I am working on another deal with Patty now! Patty is great and will be a great realtor for you!
